Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

I’m a big fan of boba, so I was really excited to try the Cocoa Cream Wow, but I was very disappointed. As you can see from the picture, the drink was extremely light and looked almost like plain milk. It had very little cocoa flavor and tasted mostly like milk. For a Cocoa Cream drink, I expected a much richer and more flavorful taste. Unfortunately, this was not worth the price and did not meet my expectations.

Owners were exceptionally welcoming. The Rosehip Lemonade was divine but paired with the lychee jelly the drink went to the next level. Thank you for such a refreshing treat!!!

⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ WARNING. LIES. THEIR MILK TEAS ARE NOT VEGAN at this location or brand!!!! I recently found out that was a lie. If you are vegan/plant-based do not believe the male Indian employee behind the counter. He made a big deal about their location offering all teas as an option for vegans. With all the enthusiasm and mention of the owner making the decision to expand the options, why would I believe him to be confused or lying. In addition, I did ask to read the packaging for the milk powder used, but he claimed he didn't have it. I recently found out that was a lie. This was our 1st time drinking the vegan boba milk tea. We did get nauseous, cramps, and queasy from consuming the product. The assumption was the sugar content(regular) was too much. Sugary foods are rare in my house. I have not had their tea in months. If it was not for my friend going their for herself, I would not have known if I ever decided to get more(as I said I would in the future to try with less sugar). BTW, I have reached out to customer service. They are very laxed and no proper remedy was given. Never again. Attention HEALTH DEPARTMENT RESPONSE TO OWNER'S REPLY: The fact that you as an owner w
